    I would have left and 0 star if I could .I bought an Audi A3 from this company, and the car developed serious faults almost immediately, including clutch and gearbox issues that made it unsafe to drive. After purchase, the dealer was rude, ignored my messages, and repeatedly failed to return calls. Due to their lack of support, I am now taking legal action. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Worst experience with a car garage I’ve ever had, engine light came on as I got home and from then on they refused any kind of help and after arguing for weeks they offered to help, the timing chain needed replacing, the brakes where seized, the coil spring snapped, parking sensors not working, heated windscreen and mirrors not working. They took it back to “fix” I got it back and after 1 weeks the light was back on nothing on the car was fixed I got it checked by a mechanic and they said there is no way that car should’ve passed an MOT. The finance sided with us and told the garage they would have to refund the car, then mysteriously all windows on my car were smashed in when I told the garage I would be on holiday and would have to get the car collected the following week, I went to the finance company who sent out someone to review my case who also agreed with me and forced the car to be returned and refunded.

    I bought a 2009 Toyota Auris semi-automatic from this garage for £2,650. While that’s a fair price for an automatic, it was still a big investment for me as a new driver. Within 2 weeks of owning the car, i started to hear a crunching noise. Luckily my partner, a qualified mechanic, inspected the vehicle and discovered that the gearbox oil plug had fallen out, meaning the car had been driven with no oil in the gearbox. This could have caused severe and costly damage. I reported this to the garage, and after some initial delay, they admitted that one of the mechanics had failed to fit the plug correctly. The garage did subsequently have the car recovered to the garage as the car was un-driveable and they refit the plug and topped up the gearbox oil. A month later, the car broke down. The actuator had failed, even though the garage told me it had just been replaced when I bought the car. It only lasted me about 6 weeks. I was without a car for a month until my partner installed a new actuator himself, properly calibrated it, and made sure the actuator was correctly positioned, using the correct tools and diagnostic equipment. Right away, I noticed the difference — no more clunking noise, and the gear changes are much smoother. It’s clear the garage had done a poor job, probably rushing to get the car sold. They didn’t install the actuator properly, and overall, the work was sloppy and unreliable.

    Bought a car from these people and was very quick delivery with MOT and warranty. However, upon inspection it has managed to pass its MOT with a missing side light and leaking exhaust. Side light was fixed but I have tried calling the garage multiple times about the exhaust but no answer. Also some cosmetic damage too that wasn’t noted in description but that’s fair enough. If the garage are reading this please get into contact as I’m still under warranty and would like my exhaust repaired
