   Such an amazing company where do I start? I had the usual ESL problem with my w204, this company is on another level of amazing! They received my parts to setup the emulator at dinner time, by early afternoon they had rebuilt my EIS, coded the emulator and already had it posted out to me and I received it the next day, 10/10 customer service, 100% recommend and I’d deffo come back here before anywhere else!

   I have a 2009 A4 that failed its MOT due to the instrument cluster failure. I saw this company on E Bay after doing a bit of research, read the reviews, I contacted them. From the outset they were straightforward and helpful. They asked for either a report or to speak to my mechanic to find out if it was indeed a hardware fault. This I feel, was an honest approach to take. I posted the part to them for repair on a Tuesday and I had it back in my hands by Thursday. It is working perfectly. I have recommended this company my mechanic who is impressed with the speed of their turnaround. It also helps that they are very reasonably priced and have responded to email queries the same working day. They use Shopify to process their online orders which allows you to track delivery. I would definitely recommend them.

   Land Rover Disco 4 gear select module failed… Sancars saved me (lots of) money, time and worry. Never used this service before so was nervous sending the part away, but honestly fantastic customer service and turnaround time. Posted my part Monday am, arrived with them Tuesday am, they had it repaired and back in the post within 2hrs, and I installed it back in on Wednesday lunchtime. LR wanted £500 for a new part that would’ve taken a week to order in, I’ve paid £150. Great comms throughout, and most importantly the car works perfectly now. Fantastic value for money… will 100% use again.

   Took the car for them to repair the instrument cluster on my daughters Toyota. Absolutely first class. Very very good price and an excellent repair. We'd went for something to eat and when we got back he showed me how he'd also fixed the key fob that wasn't locking the doors. I didn't even mention that to him but he just did it anyway and wouldn't take payment for it! You don't get service like that anywhere thesedays.

   Great Service. Had my zafira Clutch actuator repaired with Sancars and the service has been extraordinary! From day 1, even before buying the service, their customer service was extremely helpful. They were able to cater to all my needs(especially with me being based so far from their location). I've had a successful repair for a great price and have been able to count on Sancars for any questions/issues I had along the way. Would definitely recommend using them for any service they provide.    Found Sancars online, gave them a call to explain the situation and they confirmed the issue was with the instrument cluster and that it needed to be repaired. I explained I was short on time and not able to wait around a couple of days if I had posted it to them so very kindly they offered me to bring the vehicle to site on the same day of me calling just to enquire and within the hour this was resolved. Very helpful and definitely recommend.

   After having some electrical issues with my missus's ford ka where the fuse was blowing for the instrument cluster, I found sancars online and emailed them to see if they thought the instrument cluster was faulty as I was ready to remove it and send it off to them for repair. Having received a email back very promptly telling me that they didn't think it was the cluster that was at fault and that I should check the wires In the rubber gaitor that goes to the boot lid. After checking this and finding the wires damaged just as they had said i was able to buy a repair kit and fix the problem. I was very greatfull for the free honest and helpful advise as it has saved me alot of hassle and money and proves how knowledgeable and helpfull the company is to be able to diagnose a problem straight away just from a simple email. If I ever have any auto electrical problems in the future I will definitely know who to call. Thanks again Matt So after another electrical problem with the car, this time not starting despite the battery and everthing ok.... I contacted sancars again for some advise and once again to the rescue.. He immediately diagnosed the problem straight away as a corroded earth strap from the gearbox to the chassis.. So after making a new earth strap I have managed to repair the car for a few quid thanks to Shangars advise and knowledge. Once again many thanks..the guy truly is a hero Matt

   I had problem with Range Rover Sport instrument cluster. The car had random faults such as sometimes it did not start, hazard lights were on, fan blower did not work and ect. The received the instrument cluster Wednesday afternoon and the same day it was repaired and posted back. Thursday afternoon it was fitted back to the car and all faults has gone. Thank you very much for speedy repair.
