TT autos were able to see me on a short notice and rectify the problem on my drivers side window especially when they were really busy. Excellent customer service and really rapid work within a hour they had found the part I needed and fixed my window
Brought my Golf in for a service and the customer service was amazing. The staff were respectful, offered me something to drink whilst I wait and even offered me a lift home until my car was ready. They provided me with a stool to sit comfortably inside. They even prioritised my car service as they were quite busy and booked in that day. I felt very comfortable in the garage. Price was very reasonable and they were very transparent and friendly. Service was done quite quickly and they recommend me a trusted tyre shop to replace my tyres. Being a girl, I’ve had my fair share of getting scammed and ripped off at garages, but I have had a very positive experience with T T Autos. Will definitely be coming here again and using them as my regular garage. I never write reviews but they truly deserve it, I cannot fault them on anything. Really really impressed. I am not from Leicester so this was my first experience with any garage from here, will definitely be coming back in the future.

Went to TT Autos having read google reviews and was not disappointed. We had a problems with the indicators not working on a Toyota Corolla and the service received was excellent. Dropped the car off at 10am and got a call 2 hours later saying the problems sorted. Highly recommend and will be using TT Autos again.
I’ve used T T Autos for close to 20 yrs from my first car (Ford) to my current one (BMW). They’re reliable, thorough and get the job done. He’s fixed wiper blade and water jet systems, replaced bushes, tuned engines, done all the services from minor to major, air con servicing and has the equipment to carry out diagnostics without the huge bill you’d expect to get at a car dealership. They’ll even help you get your car MOT’d! Highly recommended.
