   Went to drop my car at 10am Friday morning and one of the members of staff never greeted me , I mean it doesn’t cost to have some manners and shows a lack of people skills. He also took my keys and said leave your car here and your car will be ready for 1 pm, which was fine by me but what happened instead was dreadful. My car ended up being there the whole day wasted my time and never finished the job and the staff had the cheek to say that very short staff and so on. I mean it shows a shows a lack of professional and a lack of communication. What I annoyed me the most is that I was told that at 6pm that they required parts in order to fix my car and because it was too late by then it could not be done. I mean if u never had the parts to begin with why would u accept it to do it which is stupidity and shows a lack of communication and very bad attidude and the Owner is really aggressive aswell. My whole day got wasted because of this which I find it unacceptable because what garage operate in which they look miserable and also the service is below the standard. It has been shocking to say the least and my advice to those who love their time not being wasted or being false promises. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE, stay clear!!

   Came here to get my Flexi pipe fixed when the mechanics discovered the shoddy workmanship of the man who previously manhandled my air intake during a service and they fixed both issues speedily. Great service from the team at a very good price. Will be coming back for future work on the car. Highly recommend.
