Over the years have received excellent service from Anthony, Jamie and Sydney but the service I’ve been receiving recently from Kevin Barke has been outstanding. I’ve had a lot of tax queries/activities recently and needed a lot of information and he has been prompt and has gone over and above to get any information I needed.
F9 provide a brilliant service to my businesses. In particular, transitioning from paper invoices and receipts to electronic filing of accounts was a worry for me initially as I had always collected this information with an old fashioned approach. Since switching over to Quickbooks, Jamie and Lewis have made this process seamless and are always patient when explaining how to use the software correctly making me feel reassured that I’m doing the right thing every step of the way. The team collectively provide a first class service so that I can focus on continuing to grow my business.
