   5*! I have never had a better experience / service than with Cairo. I called them on a Sunday evening in a panic and they got my car straight in, helped me with the warranty company and then got my car sorted with a new water pump and cam belt within no time at all. They went over and above by bringing my car home to me at midnight because I needed to travel for work the following day. I am so grateful and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Will never go anywhere else now! The care, genuine personal touches and communication along with the quality of work is outstanding.

   If you care about your vehicle and want to keep it in tip top condition, want genuine parts used and you want a quality, high class and super skilled mechanic, Cairo Automotive is the place you need to go. They did a wonderful job with repairing my sons VW Caddy and my VW Caddy. They keep you well informed of any issues that may arise during the repair / service, take step by step photos of the repairs and service (more in depth than main dealer). They are clear, transparent and very trustworthy. Thank you for doing a great job. we will be using again for all 3 of our VW’s.

   I’ve used Cairo for a number of years for all work on my car. Vinnie and Shay are very knowledgeable and have always given a fair price. They are honest with the diagnosis and do not rip you off by adding unnecessary extras. I’ve had a full service, electrical repair and cam belt change. They always keep me updated on how work is progressing and get it completed to a high standard in time. Ive recommended them to family who have also used them and had equally good experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   I have used Cairo Automotive a number of times since moving to Wigston 3 years ago. The engine light was on. Vinny diagnosed and fitted a new evaporation purge valve at a very reasonable cost. It is so reassuring to have a friendly, prompt, reliable and trustworthy car mechanic in Wigston. Vinny always explains the fault with the car and the parts needed. On my most recent visit March 2023 the car also passed its MOT.

   We took our VW Passat to Cairo automotive in December 2022 for a cambeltand water pump change. I have known the owner of Cairo Automotive for a number of years. He was a VW Master Technician in the same VW Main Dealership where I was working in sales. Pointless to say he was by far the best technician present in the dealership and the quality and accuracy of his work was flawless on every car that I asled him to work on. This experience was as good as you'd epect from a main dealer and as always the speed and accuracy of the work was flawless. For this reason I would trust no one else but Cairo Automotive to look after my vehicles and neither shouldyou that are reading this review.

   In November 2022 Vinny fitted a new clutch and flywheel to my 2017 Skoda VRS. The service was fantastic, he even took my car from my home address and dropped it off after the job was done. During the repair he sent photos of the worn out parts so I could see them for myself. On top of that the parts used were exactly the same as Skoda and cost massively less that being doing at the main dealer. Very grateful mate thanks.
