   Everything was brilliant, I forgot about the appointment and got there late after calling to see if I could still go - everything was going well - until I drove away - both rear tyres had been under inflated - this only was flagged by the car when I drove away and I was in a long queue of traffic (so I couldn't return easily) I went to Tesco and inflated correctly. It was a schoolboy error - but did effect our overall experience - and if my wife was on her own, in the dark - it's quite worrying.

   While heading to Leicester for a day trip, something triggered one of the tire sensors. We pulled over, checked the tire. It wasn’t flat, but I knew it was wise to get the car to a shop. We took it to KwikFit Leicester - Wigston on Sunday, so grateful it was open! The staff member who greeted us, I believe he was the manager that day, was so warm and friendly. There resolved my issues quickly without any hassle. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car shop in a while! I would go back even though I live out of the city!

   Long-Time Customer Disappointed by MOT Experience at Kwik Fit Wigston I’ve been a loyal customer at Kwik Fit Wigston for many years and have always appreciated the reliable service and friendly atmosphere provided by the team. Unfortunately, my recent MOT experience has left me extremely disappointed. The vehicle failed its MOT due to a reported issue with handbrake efficiency—despite the fact that the rear brake pads and discs had been professionally replaced just two days prior. To verify the issue, I took the car to a trusted independent garage, which found no faults with the handbrake system. I then returned for an MOT retest, which cost an additional £27.40, and the car passed without any repairs or adjustments being made. The MOT was carried out by a newer member of staff—an older gentleman with grey hair—whose attitude and approach were, in my view, unwelcoming and unprofessional. This greatly impacted the overall experience, and after speaking to others and reading recent reviews, it seems I’m not alone. Multiple customers appear to have had similar experiences involving questionable MOT failures linked to this particular tester. This pattern raises serious concerns about the consistency and reliability of the testing process at this branch, and whether some failures may be unjustified. It’s disheartening to see a branch I once trusted lose the customer-focused service it was known for. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the rest of the team at Kwik Fit Wigston have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. It’s unfortunate that one individual’s conduct has overshadowed their good work. As a result of this experience, I will no longer be using this branch for MOT testing and would encourage others to consider alternative garages. Consistency, fairness, and respectful customer service are vital, especially when it comes to something as important as an MOT. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken on board to help restore the high standards this centre was once known for.

   Easy too book a home visit to get 2 new caravan tyres fitted. Kept informed throughout with confirmation text and email.. Sent me reminders and on the day the time of the appointment. Also sent message when on route and arrived on time. Very professional, friendly and helpful.. would highly recommend and use again.

   I was able to book a slot for the next day whereas three other places I had in tried would have me waiting until the following week. Kwik fit service was polite, friendly and efficient. They'll be my first port of call next time I get a screw or nail in my tyre. Highly recommended.

   Thank you so much to the staff at Kwik Fit Wigston, especially for fitting me in at short notice to get my headlights sorted. I went back again a week later to check a tyre and they found the source of the problem and recommended I see a wheel restoration specialist. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty. Very much a service provider to be trusted.

   It was great to be able to have a Sunday appointment as time is very precious in the week and I would have struggled to get my tyres done, searched and booked and paid for on-line, so all I had to do was turn up, car went in on time, I walked to Wigston for a coffee and a quick shop and both tyres were done when I got back. Would definitely recommend

   Great service! I turned up without calling after noticing I had a nail in my tyre. They got me straight in did a little check over, new tyres fitted and it was all ready. Very quick, very helpful and I will definitely be back again! Thank you!
