Have been using D and K for several years, and have always had great service. But today they have really gone the extra mile for me. I took my van in yesterday, and they diagnosed a broken rear spring, I let them know I desperately needed the van for a job on Thursday, and just after noon today they let me know the vehicle was ready. Can't thank them enough. Well done D and K.
To honesty I have never been this garage But I'm willing soon to go there regarding my car to be checked It is vw sharan 1.9 turbo diesel 2009 Automatic transmission gear box As I don't trust every Machanic Because of transmission issue I never change transmission oil Some body said you don't need to change but I'm happy with some garage says Yes you need to change One question do I need to change automatic transmission gear box oil??? But I'm going to see them definitely
I did my service with these people and they told me there was a oil leaking and it was coming from the timing belt area so I said what do I need to do and they said you have to do the timing belt full kit and we will fix your oil leaking issues so that’s why I did and guess what there never repaired my oil leaking problem and know that I went back to them to find out why they haven’t done that they starting to tell me Yh it’s coming from other place too ect ect and start insulting me making raciste comments and pointing fingers at me that’s not a professionalism they should’ve add mint what they have done wrong but no they didn’t instead they start insulting me so I would never go back to this garage I even made a claim against these people they call them professional can’t which there not and there a disrespectful so Yh i won’t advise anyone to go there
I went to this car service a few days ago and had a full service on the engine, the work was generally "ok". But after the work verification inspection I noticed some minuses: 2 screws from the air filter were missing; There were traces of oil on the surface of the engine (probably from the oil filter he changed); The protective plastics of the cooling fan were not fixed. These were just a few notifications I noticed in a simple check. I am not satisfied with the work of this car service.
