Had a great experience and would highly recommend. My main key was not working and took to another company however it worked once and then stopped working. Took it to Keys Cars Ltd and fixed it instantly. Resolved the issue within 20 mins and even looked at the spare key and fixed that for me as well. Thank You. Excellent service. Polite, honest, efficient. My wife had lost her car key fob. Keys Cars provided a new key fob, cut and programed to the car with a service that was faster then the dealership and for less than 50% of the quoted dealership price. Definitely recommend.
Used Keys Cars Ltd to do a full 4 wheel geometry check and adjustment on my Audi TT after fitting new suspension components. Arrived at the booked time and work started without any waiting. Mike was very thorough and did an excellent job including correcting a mistake I had made on the rear suspension. Also, a nice guy who was a pleasure to deal with. Car drives better than ever. Highly recommended.
Travelled from Hemel Hempstead to Leicester to view an Audi TT with the intention to buy. I asked lots of very specific questions over the phone before travelling with the aim of avoiding a wasted trip. This dealer was not honest, leaving me little choice but to walk away. Total cost of return travel was over £100. Utter waste of time and money. In reply the owners response: I know a lot about cars having bought / sold dozens and restored several, including a Ferrari. You'll see the owner is in fact totally dishonest. I asked before I travelled: "Tell me about any dents its has?" His response "There are no dents." The car did in fact have over a dozen all be it small dents, with 6 along the drivers door that could not be reached from behind by a PDR professional (I called my PDR guy and asked while at the trader). I expected it to have some dents, I just wanted an HONEST appraisal before I travelled. It also had a ton of oil leaks, was not boosting properly and was damaged underneath by careless jacking. He even lied in his response to my critical review in weak attempt to personally discredit me. Remember, I have nothing to gain from this review, I just want to help others. Form your own opinion and if you decide to buy from him, good luck!

Travelled to Keys Cars from Gatwick to buy a Vauxhall Corsa, was greeted with a smile and a very honest salesman. Everything discussed over the phone was sorted for me and the car was clean and very presentable. A good test drive which allowed me to get a feel for the car and a no pressure very friendly approach. Thank you for the great service and will definitely recommend friends and family here!
