   In my experience, they supply poor quality parts and ignore you when you query this. They’ve sent me belts with manufacturing faults (cracks and voids) and recently a steering idler that failed after less than a year and only a few thousand miles. I let the belts issue slide, but when I emailed about the idler failure I got no response.

   Placed an order on the 8th of October and selected express shipping. Several days had passed and I had heard nothing, so I emailed them asking for an update. After no response for a few days again, I tried phoning them to no avail. It's now the 15th of November and still nothing... This company do not send out your parts! Thankfully PayPal reversed the transaction and I haven't lost my money, but avoid this company, they are atrocious.

   Ordered online front and rear shock absorbers Dec 12th , had a phone call to say they were out of stock but they were coming in stock soon. Chased them in January and they guy said the manager had left the company and left a pile of customers order unfinished. The new guy said I got your order and will sort this out and call me back. He never called and it’s now March 1st. Total waste of time so consider my order cancelled. Shocking customer service. Avoid this company.

   Pick up the bloody phone. I ordered an exhaust system over a month ago which I still haven't received. I've rang so many times.. no answer .. I've left an email .. no reply! Please get in touch at least to explain what's going on otherwise I'm going to make the trip over to your shop and sort this out! Order #11331

   Placed an order for parts required ASAP to get my car back on the road, this was accepted and money taken. The expected delivery time came and went and was unable to get in contact with Japanese 4x4 Spares by phone wondering if there had been an issue. Over a week later the money was returned to my account with no explanation. Have had to source parts elsewhere and reschedule the mechanic which is just a big inconvenience as still without a car from a company I expected to be on the ball.

   Great company had parts no one else had! and at great prices. Also was allowed to go and collect (by appointment as is a mail order company) but they waited for me. Know that is customer service. Even sent pictures of the part just to check. Will be using from now on for my Jap 4x4 needs!!!!!!
