Our BMW’s engine suddenly seized. Contacted MSC who quoted us a reasonable price to diagnose the fault. They were very friendly and helpful. Although they couldn’t repair the vehicle, they put us in touch with a company that purchased the car at a very good price given it was a non runner and kindly allowed us to keep the vehicle on their site until it was picked up. We were only charged a small sum by MSC for their work. We are really grateful for all of their kindness and help. I only wish we have discovered them sooner.
I have been using MSC BMW specialist for a number of years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Andy, Tim and Mike are extremely trustworthy and always do a thorough and professional job. The whole team are friendly knowledgeable and completely transparent when it comes to costs. In the past they’ve looked after a whole variety of BMW’s for me and my family, from 2.5L cylinders, to 3L turbo-diesels and more recently M division cars. I had low oil pressure fault in my N43 engine E90 (320i). After getting quoted more than £4k for repair at Sytner BMW, I decided to bring to car MSC. They fixed the problem, however, it took some time. After changing the oil pump, the car again showed the same error. Next time when I bring the car, they checked the car`s engine and did some adjustments. Again, it did not solve the problem, and finally they made a deep investigation without quoting me for that. At the end of the day, they changed the oil with a ticker one, and for 2-3 months the car runs without any problem. I would say that the service was really good, and professional. Very good value for money. I strongly recommend MSC BMW specialist. (Update/ Dec-2022) My E90 had a major work done at MSC for the timing chain replacement. It cleared the limp mode fault on the car. The car was ready same day, and I was not charged for the labor for the change of oil (provided by me).
So glad I found MSC a couple of years ago. They are incredibly professional, honest and fairly priced. Can’t fault them at all. They take care of our bmw and mini and I highly recommend them.
Had a an engine issue with my BMW. Got an appointment and they were quick to diagnose and fixe the issue in half a day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fair price. So happy that I have booked them for car service and MOT immediately. Would definitely recommend if you own a BMW.
