Amazing service, the last windscreen repair i had from an independant company made their job more difficult but Stu here at auto windscreens still perfected my windscreen replacement.. top service, highly recommend, i never usually leave reviews but felt it neccessary this time. Thanks guys!!!!

Absolutely appalling!!! Change the windscreen on my van and cracked it again in the process, then causally asked if my rear view mirror camera always worked. I said it did. They said they had to change the screen again anyway so would sort it then. Was told to take it to their depot for the 2nd change and it would only take an hour. Came back after an hour to find out they'd cracked it again.... 2.5hrs later the dropped in the original fitter had cut through the cable for my rear view mirror. They would have to order a new part and replace it later. They the fitter came out and said he'd fixed it, on the way to work it became clear it still wasn't fixed so called back up to be told some one would call me back. 2 days later I called again to be told some one would call me that day. 3 days later I called again and was told the fitter claimed I'd told him the camera never worked and they weren't repairing it. The vans still under warranty, if it hadn't been working before I'd have taken it and got it repaired foc, we also pay for a maintenance contract so again if it hadn't been working could have had it repaired under this. Absolutely appalling the fitters damaged it and lied, and the company have tried to wash their hands of it.
Had my windscreen replaced here. Job done within the estimated time and tech was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the first screen had a defect which was only obvious once I left the depot but there was no problem getting them to replace it again.
Very good customer service and my car windscreen was replaced very fast . The job was immaculate and very professional.
They replaced the windcreen on one of our vans, very professional and a cracking Job!! They was happy for me to leave the van for the Day while I went off to do some jobs for the day and came back to collect later on in the day. Great service and highly recommend! Thanks, Brett.
I got my driver side window glass changed today as a replacement. Engineer named Dave was so good and friendly. He did fantastic work. I would request IT team to pass my appreciation to Dave.
Never ever ever use this company. Came to see me on a cal out back in November 2020. Managed to cut my Bluetooth wires, snap off my bonnet latch and break my central locking all in one visit. 3 months later and I’m still waiting for them to fix it after making multiple phone calls chasing and taking days off work for them just to turn up with the wrong parts. Take absolutely no accountability and their customer service is absolutely disgusting.
Came half an hour after the allotted time frame after waiting in all day. They came with wrong glass. Coming back in 2 days time with right one. Not great Glad this was through insurance cause if I'd of payed 350 quid for it, i wouldn't be happy. On a plus note, the guys who came were nice and polite.
