   Cannot rate the service I have received from Eden Tyres Hinckley today. Needed new tyres and Dean March was fantastic from the get go. He was so quick as getting back to me with a quote and booking the work in. Upon arrival I was met by friendly staff was offered a warm drink and work was carried out very promptly. Will definitely be using again. Dean thank you so much for everything.

   Went in to get a slow puncture fixed but it turned out to be a dent on the inner rim of the wheel. I was shown the damage and advised where to get it repaired. The emergency wheel was put on in it's place. No charge. This is only the second time I have used ETS but I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Great service. Pleasant staff. But note. Booking is almost essential. They will fit small jobs in if they can, but booking is advised.

   Fantastic and prompt service! Had a issue where something was loose underneath the car (my knowledge of anything to do with cars is minimal to say the least) by the time I handed the keys over, got some lunch, issue was rectified & no charge for the work carried out due to it being a simple fix. Can’t recommend them enough.

   Excellent service from the team at ETS, especially Scott. They got my car in quickly, assessed the tyre and gave some quick and helpful advice. They didn’t try to upsell or rip me off. Wish other companies could follow this customer service model. Will definitely be back.

   Took my van up for a puncture repair. Got told the wall had lost its integrity so had a new one put on at a great price. I have no reason not to trust them. the guys are very polite,very professional and it was a no brainer. Free coffee as well in an immaculate building. All my family go here,and never had a bad word to say.

   I've used this garage several times now for odd issues as well as for my MOT. Staff are brilliant - efficient, friendly and helpful. Never talk down to me even when I am clueless about an issue. Unbeatable prices. Always try to fit me in same day when an issue is urgent, even when they are clearly super busy. It's so hard to find a garage that does good work for a good price in good time these days, and this one is a rare gem. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough!
