   Very poor customer service and communication! In my message it clearly states i have had my patch test just need to come and dye my hair! I go in and they say to me sorry you were only booked in for a consultation?!!! I mean you didnt tell me that and the message shows i need to dye my hair! But no nadia goes you need a re patch test because its been 6 month when in actual facts its been 4/5 months! Clearly couldnt be bothered doing dying ny hair so she was making excuses!! Also, the appointment i went to today i booked that almost a month in advance so i waited a month just for her to tell me oh we only doing a consultation despite the fact you already did one with us before PATHETIC!!

   Had a deluxe pedicure with Emily. I know she is an apprentice. I could tell she was nervous. But she did a really great job. She was lovely to chat too. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was my 1st pedicure. My toe nails look great. Will definitely be having another and will definitely ask for Emily again. Well done Emily. Keep up the great work. Hope to see you again soon. Xx

   I regularly get my hair cut, coloured and styled by Nadia. She is very knowledgeable and offers amazing advice for after care. I always feel very comfortable in her chair and can always trust that she is going to do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend the Salon and especially Nadia. All the other girls at the Salon are also all so lovely!

   Nadia is so amazing at what she does! I found her instagram page whilst I was searching for a new hair salon. I had a really bad experience with the previous hairdresser I went to. My hair wasn’t the colour I wanted it and was very damaged. Nadia has used lovely products in my hair! She has made it feel & look so much healthier. Nadia is a very honest hairdresser which I really appreciate. Nadia explained what was best for my hair as it was quite damaged. Nadia broke down the whole process and recommended what was best for my hair. Nadia is very professional & friendly. I am so glad we decided to go darker with my hair as it feels and looks amazing. Nadia has cut my hair beautifully and has added lovely layers. A massive thank you for being such a great hairdresser. Nadia listed products for me to buy so I could use these at home on my hair. I highly recommend this place!! Such a lovely, friendly environment with brilliant staff. I have found my new hairdresser❤️.

   The young lady who did my nails and brows at 8am this morning (there was no other appointments so they made one available) was an absolute star. She got my French tips perfect considering I'd never had them done before, and my brows are amazing! Amazing patience with me coming in severely hungover too! Would definitely recommend xxx

   Fabulous.... would not go any where else. Been going to Revive 6/7 years now... hair ,nails ,massages, accupuncture... brilliant place ,lovely people, they cannot do enough for you.the staff are wonderful people....

   I have been going to revive for many years and noticed a deterioration in standards over the last 3 years. There used to be a lady that ran this place to precision who is no longer there. She used to welcome you and make you feel like a special guest. I had a shoulder, arm and neck massage last week advertised at 40 minutes for £20. They were over 10 minutes late, and the massage lasted 27 minutes exactly (less if you factor in undressing/prep etc). I didn't get asked what pressure I preferred. All I had was a boring amateur massage of the back. I have a lot of massages and the really professional ones can get your body tingling. Honestly, this was rushed and unskilled. I doubt I will go back as my experience gets worse each time. I think their focus is on hair and nails only.
