   Absolutely butchered my eyebrows after months of growth. Claimed to be an expert but showed very little actual expertise. In reply to the below: I’m not sure how you concluded that my eyebrows were “thin”, considering I had been growing them out for months (as mentioned above). You also ignored my requests not to thread certain areas, which reflects very poor client care. Given this experience, I will be going to a threading specialist in London moving forward. What is most concerning, however, is your admission that you took photographs of me without my consent. Consent is MANDATORY. I did NOT consent to any photographs being taken or used in any capacity. Taking images of a client without explicit consent constitutes a serious breach of privacy, and I am prepared to take further action to address this matter.

   I cannot recommend this lady highly enough. I had unsightly sun damage on my face which was really bothering me. Aurora successfully treated this and I now have blemish free skin which make me look good and feel better too. She also successfully treated my friend for moles which were removed.    I had an amazing treatment on my skin to improve pigmentation and overall tone and blemishes, I'd started trialling a new treatment and products from another clinic and it resulted in breakouts that I've never experienced before.    Came as a client for my skin as i had spots and uneven complexion. I have tried arora's 3 step formula and in ten days my skin was amazing. Also fortunately i needed a placement as a beauty therapist, i am also qualified, when i came for more products as a joke i said that i need a job. Luckily i got to work here and i am surprised with amount of people traveling from all over. Clients comes for hair and skin lesions like cold sores and moles, warts, skin tags. Arora can do it all and visual results in 10 to 21 days. I am a happy person to learn a lot and most of her honesty and positivity.
