    Forest Hill Auto Centre is an absolutely fantastic place! They always make me feel like they’re there to help and inform me rather than just take my money. I had a few advisories from my MOT and I wanted to get them fixed. However, instead of just taking my money and fixing them, they checked to see if I could get any more life out of them beforehand. They also decided not to charge me for the checkup! If you don’t know much about cars and are worried about being ripped off/taking advantage of, this is the place to go as they are so honest and trustworthy. They truly have a warm and friendly feel.

    I would like to say a massive thankyou to Forest Hill Auto Centre for coming to my rescue. After not seeing the flood on Desford Road till too late and ploughing straight through, dislodging the undershield, thus scraping on the road, I was in a complete mess. Managed to drive into the Auto Centre, to be greeted by extremely welcoming mechanics. I asked if they could help and they immediately got my car on ramps and fixed the problem. Don't know what I would have done if they hadn't been able to fit me in but that was no problem. Thankyou so much, will certainly be going there from now on for my MOT and any other repairs. I cannot recommend them higher. They were absolutely amazing.

I visited for a tire change and was pleasantly surprised when they insisted on providing the service for free, even though I was more than willing to pay. The customer service was magnificent! I interacted with two young gentlemen who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the manager, Callum, went above and beyond by not charging me for the tire change. They discovered that I had a legal tire issue and quickly replaced it with a new one for free. I can't recommend this garage highly enough!
