Identified the source of a fault warning on my car quickly something another garage had failed to do. They fitted me in within half an hour of calling and one hour after arriving I was on the way home problem solved.
Great garage for my car repair, really helpful technicians prepared to explain everything to me without any condescension (I am a 77 year old woman). Highly recommend.
Had used this garage for the first and only time to MOT my BMW. My car failed on emissions, first they looked to find the problem. After having my vehicle for a number of days, lack of communication from the garage apart from my sibling who had worked there. I was getting told many things that may be the cause, all on which failed, costing me money. I asked Fraser the manager when would my car be worked on, he had said it would, this was on the day I called up and spoken to himself as it is approaching the actual due date for my MOT. To find my car hasn't even been moved from where it was placed days prior. Blantly been lied too and fobbed off and ignored when I asked again or an update only to actually find the information from my sibling that the car wasn't even moved, just under 2 months the car had been with this garage and been given false promises on when the car would be fixed since it failed its MOT. I've since had it MOT'd at a more reasonable garage on which is passed with no fault, the issue was a tear on one of the pipes. I can't fault the mechanics who kept trying to find the solution, I don't like being lied too and fobbed off by some jumped up manager.

I took my range rover in for a suspension fault. They managed to squeeze me in same day for a scan diagnostics. Found it only needed a calibration so did it there and then for me. Very friendly, willing to go above and beyond - would recommend.
I have known Bernard for over 10 years as he has maintained my VW Golf. He and his team provide an excellent service and MOT at a reasonable price with the provision of a courtesy car if required. I find Bernard very friendly and extremely efficient and knowledgeable-a true professional!! He is never to busy to listen and advise me on any concerns I have with my vehicle. I trust and value his judgement and would not take my car anywhere else.
I’ve used BR Cartronics several times over the years, they are a rare find, diligent and honest. My visit this week with my Range Rover Sport for an electrical issue causing various faults on the dashboard and the infotainment to flicker on and off whilst driving. Despite them being busy they fitted me to look at it. Rather than throwing parts at it, they ran the diagnostics. Bernard loves a challenge and following the diagnostics he got right into the detail, considering every possible cause for the issue with him and his teams experience to draw on. The outcome means I’m looking at replacing a relatively cheap module connected to the infotainment system rather than the EPB and main infotainment system which is what I’d personally read up online, which could have cost thousands. Friendly, incredibly knowledgable and accommodating, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends or family.
Fantastic service and assistance from BR Cartronics. When I called with an issue that I knew was monumental they were thorough with the detail and honest in their view once they had ascertained the cars history on their systems. They gave me help there and then (on the other end of the phone) and if further issues ensue then I've to get the car into them. Amazing service and highly recommend.
I cannot praise Bernard and the team at BR Cartronics enough for the work they did for me. They absolutely went above and beyond when repairing the wife's Landrover Discovery that ultimately needed a new engine. Every step of the way they were very professional and kept me informed. At first they did their best to find and repair the fault with the engine, but ultimately it was beyond repair. Bernard diligently helped to find the right replacement engine, even speaking to companies I had found and calling them out on their "low mileage" offerings. In the end Bernard found a really good low mileage engine at great price, I had it delivered and they fitted it. It wasn't a straight forward swap with auto-gearboxes to change-over and many sensors to check and get right, then to put it all back together again and made sure it was properly serviced and running. In the end I feel a little embarrassed for what they charged for the work they did and professionalism they showed throughout. I'm sure the invoice would have been a lot higher anywhere else for a lot less service. I'll certainly be going back (hopefully not too soon) for all my motoring needs as I have a high trust and confidence in what they say and do.
I have been using this garage for over 15 years. The service is highly professional, the staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else, I have complete confidence that the work done is to a high standard, as I have always been more than satisfied in the past. I can't recommend them highly enough.
