   I visited the salon last week and my spray tan appointment that I booked through Treatwell.co.uk was amazing. I was going to Ibiza the following day and because I'm very pale, I always get a tan. First time I've tried out a spray booth and I'll be using it so much more. No streaks and the tan was so natural as it builds on your natural skin tone. I was blown away by how real it looked - can't wait to use it again! Been raving about it ever since ;)

   Very friendly, always a warm welcome and excellent surroundings. Offers everything from waxing to sunbed, wouldn't trust anyone else to keep my eyebrows tamed. I always get offered a drink too. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

   I cannot recommend Salon 69 highly enough. Marianne is a true professional and her staff are a credit to her. My nails are the best they have ever been with Lauren's help. I have had most treatments over several months, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

   Service absolutely appaulling, has to rate one star as was not even 0. Salon owner was rude and the job of the nails done was disgraceful. She kept slipping up and making jokes in my nail varnish and when I asked her to re do them she stated she had another customer.

   Utterly disgraced, I booked an appointment for a Wednesday afternoon for eye lash extensions and paid in advance, due to the terrible weather, heavy snow forecast I called the day before just after 5 and left a message to re arrange my appointment. I called again on the day of my appointment to double check they received my message and to re arrange my appointment but to be only told they can't re arrange my appointment and that I will not get a refund as my reasons for cancelling the appointment was not good enough. The manager was very rude and did not even apologise and simply said how did I know it was going to snow as I called the day before? Obviously I checked the weather forecast. I have lost out on £25 and they will not re arrange my appointment as apparently the woman came in especially today for my appointment which is not true as I was not the only one booked in on that day and I have to take a loss to cover her wages? Since when does a company ever do that? I simply asked for another day instead but I guess there's no chance of that happening or no refund either. Guess I will stick to the places I know next time
