I phoned asking for an approximate quote. This was simply to get a feel for prices and what to expect - that it wasn't above my affordability. Whilst I get that there is a need to ensure customers are given correct information, this call was like pulling teeth. A ball park is all I wanted. They did give a rough figure after a few minutes of going on about booking a consultation first. I didn't. I'm looking elsewhere. I might have if they had provided some insight first.
