   I dealt with the assistant manager, Josh. He was so friendly, helpful and really went above and beyond. I didn't have an appointment but rolled my poorly car into the garage hoping I could get some help and was greeted straight away & nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate the help and will definitely use this garage again and recommend to others after such a positive experience with the team. Thanks Josh!

   I came in 10min late for my appt, was last appt for the day to get my tyres checked. The gentlemen were very helpful, welcoming & amazing. This was a free service but l was made to feel like a paying customer, even with my lateness! Noticed they put a new 'thingy' on my wheels too. Thank you for the joyful faces & wonderful service to match

   Just been to Kwik fit on Charles st Leicester to get my exhaust checked and booked it in for renew .Josh served me and i was very impressed with the service he gave me. Brilliant efficient don't do this lad justice. He also took a video of the fault so i could see the problem Highly recommend a visit

   Brilliant customer service by the guys in the garage despite being rushed off their feet, the guys managed to get my van sorted there and then which meant I could safely head to my next job in Edinburgh. I assume it was the manager who dealt with me was absolutely sound and incredibly patient even when a random off the street came in asking him to rate certain brands of tyres, only to discover he didn't even own a car.

   What an amazing team! Called so many other branches with my motability vehicle having a slow puncture to be given spots next week! Called this branch and they asked me to come straight in and would sort! The manager and team members Josh deserve recognition! Highly recommend!

   Poor communication, they aren't bothered to let customers know that their service technician is not till last minute, I called them, they dont care calling customer, if they had told me that I would go elsewhere, I really need to get my service done. a friend of mine recommended this place, turned out to be untrusted place ,this is exactly they did with my uncle, they cancelled his appointment twice when he went to the place ,they always turned him away saying the technician isn't in, well sorry isn't good enough when the customer makes his trip to you, you could called the customer instead. If there was option of 0* I would give 0*. Avoid

   I’m very disappointed with this branch of kwik fit at Charles street in Leicester. Came here at 11:30 drop my car for tyre replacement, I was told to collect it at 15:30. But when I arrived was told by a young guy at the office it’s not ready for another hour and half. The issue is I dropped my car at time mentioned above and I know exactly what I have been told when it will be ready. But the arrogance of young guy working there is making me not to use their services again.
