I went to Talking Heads for the first time and I am so glad I did! I wanted highlights and they came out absolutely perfect, exactly the look I was hoping for. The colour is bright, natural, and beautifully blended. The owner Carol is not only incredibly skilled, but she also made me feel comfortable right away. She listened carefully to what I wanted, explained the process, and checked in to make sure I was happy throughout. Even offered and made me a lovely cup of tea. The whole experience was relaxing, and I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident. I’ve definitely found my new hairdresser. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous highlights and a professional, welcoming experience!

Firstly rang to make an appointment, pady i spoke didn't even let me finish booking appointment nor take my name and put phone down, i rang back noone answered, only for me to go inyo the salon then to confirm my booking, i then decided i wanted a haircut, i showed the hairdresser how i wanted my haircutting, pics etc, he didnt think to ask how much i wanted my hair off, he just got accrird away and took over 6inches off my hair!! Only for him to keep going and butchering my hair and turning it to totaly different to wat i wanted and showed him! When i told him, he just tried pulling wool over my eyes and waa throughout talking rubbish and jibberish!! Whole purpose of showing a pic was to show him how i wanted my results! He has left nothing of my hair!!
