These guys are always so helpful whether its advice on the phone or you have had to have your car towed in! The day after boxing day my car clutch had gone and these guys were able to order the parts and repair it before I go back to work this week! Very much appreciated and recommended!
Exceptional experience with a replacement clutch needed over Christmas, they came out to collect the car, fixed it swiftly, dropped the car back and even replaced the battery in the spare key, all in less time than quoted. Thank you for your excellent service and going that bit extra for us!
I accidentally hit a kerb while driving out of a petrol station, and afterwards my car started making a worrying noise from underneath. I took it to Dorridge Auto to have it checked. Initially, nothing obvious showed up during inspection or the test drive, but when I collected the car the noise was still there. I phoned them and they immediately arranged another appointment for a second check. Phil dealt with my car both times and was incredibly patient and attentive. He asked me to drive around the block with him so I could point out the sound clearly, and he quickly noticed that it only happened when turning right. Thanks to that, he was able to identify the issue on the second inspection. What impressed me most was Phil’s dedication — he kept me updated, didn’t give up until he found the problem, and made sure my car was properly sorted. His professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Cannot praise Phil and Dorridge Auto enough. Friendly, thorough service and highly recommended!

Awful service, unhelpful, nowhere near the friendly local business they were 20 years ago. What's gone wrong? The guy walking out behind me said they were a shambles and that he wouldn't be returning as didn't have a clue. I've had better customer service at Halfords
I can't thank all the guys at Dorridge Auto enough following my anxiety that all was not right with brakes but thought I was being silly when the prev garage locally, used for years, had I thought, checked them in Dec. How glad I am that Dorridge Auto in same area fitted me in short notice as back brakes were worn down to disc. They got me new pads, discs, ordered, fitted & even did winter health check which I thought previously had been done, all in same day. Both Paul's, both Marks & Neil Thank You so much. Dorridge autos are the best Garage in the West Midlands, they are old school and very rare brilliant customer service. More importantly they are honourable and will stop at nothing to assist you and always put the customer first
Amazing customer service. Having broken down I went in to get a replacement part and within 30 minutes the mechanic had come to my home and replaced the damaged piece. All of this on a Sunday and at a very fair price. Excellent.
Can highly recommend Dorridge Autos, they are always so helpful and friendly. They were able to sort my headlamp bulb out in a matter of seconds and any work I’ve had done there has been very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!!
