   Very professional service, being client for a year now and having a full treatment, I can truly recommend. I had opted for full legs, underarms and full Hollywood. 3 sessions into the package I could stop shaving of my legs, in 5 session armpits were clear. Bikini line is amazing and I no longer have to worry about holidays and uncomfortable rash after sunbathing ! Truly recommend!

   Absolutely lovely salon owner. I’m a salon owner myself but work alone so can’t always do my own treatments such as lashes etc. I’m very particular and fussy and only go to one certain salon if I need anything. However i was out of the area so decided to use the Bliss Lounge after a recommendation . I have to say that i was very impressed, which isn’t an easy thing to do. The place was very clean with a welcoming atmosphere and staff were extremely attentive and I’m very happy with the level of service. I’ll definitely be back next time I am in the area.

   I do not recommend, we were treated horribly. The women working in this salon are unpleasant, you can't feel comfortable there. The woman working there doesn't know what she's doing. She can't answer all the questions you ask her. If you want hassle-free treatments, don't go to this salon. There are many salons that will treat you better. Don't waste your time on this.

   An unprofessional salon, a woman performing laser hair removal does not know about it. She is very rude and does not treat every customer equally. He doesn't respect his clients. I honestly do not recommend this salon, I was on two treatments, I just wasted my time. If you're looking for hassle-free service, you won't find it there. I could write down many reasons, but I do not want to repeat myself, my sister has already described the unpleasant situation with this salon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

   I’ve visited Bliss Lounge three times (once for a consultation and two treatments). Every visit has been exceptionally good with fantastic service and knowledge and expertise I can trust. Having had a couple of bad experiences with laser hair removal in the past, it’s a relief and feels brilliant to have finally found Bliss lounge and their skilful therapists! Whilst most of my interactions have been with Jess - who’s a gem - all of the staff have been warm and friendly. Would recommend! Thanks Bliss Lounge x

   This clinic was a dream find for myself and my 4 sisters! Jess has the latest soprano Titanium laser hair removal machine (considered to the best in the industry at present) and is the only salon to have this over leeds and Bradford! she was so helpful and accommodating to fit us all in! She is experienced and professional but also creates a relaxing environment for the treatments. The salon is clean and comfortable with easy parking and access! I will continue to see Jess for various treatments long term now as we have a great relationship and I would not hesitate to recommend her to all of my family and friends!
