   0/10 is an understatement Absolutely terrible, booked in for a haircut bangs and length and the lady had 0 communication with me.. she rushed my hair and didn’t even ask me what length I would like my bangs to be, didn’t bother styling my hair and told me that due to it being a dry cut they was unable to style my hair or give me the desired cut. Bangs were not blended at all. Hair from the back were bought forward and chopped so short they were unable to blend with the rest of my hair. Asked for a butterfly cut and she told me she can’t do that on long hair however on the same day my friend asked for the same butterfly cut and she was told she can’t do it on short hair. I then asked for a v cut at the bottom and the hairdresser replied back with “I don’t know how to do that & it won’t look nice on you anyway” was then told she can’t straighten my hair due to it being thick and was continuously banging on about how she needed to go home soon. We had 7 appointments and they ruined every single one of our hairs. Went back the next day to ask her to sort them out and she was so abrupt and rude about it. Said she will do them and once again didn’t bother communicating and rushed my hair. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone ever again. The worst service I have ever come across. The staff either don’t know how to cut hair or just simply can’t be bothered. No people skills what so ever. Payed £20 to look like a absolute disaster. Disgusting service.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a cut and they were so rude throughout the session talking horribly about other customers that had just left, and were ripping my hair out whilst brushing it. It was a terrible experience and I wish I had never gone in. I am using an anonymous account to write this review. Edit: after the owners reply: This is your salon on king Cross Road I am using an anonymous account to write this, hence why there is no record of my name. I have not got you confused with anyone else. You are highly unprofessional. Do better

   Do not go there if you have long hair. They will chop it to half its length and then say they never took any length off. The hairdresser absolutely messed up on my hair. Horrible hair cutting. Used them many times years ago and now would never ever go there again. If you want a buzz cut then that’s the place to go.
