My best friend and I went here recently for the Mad Hatter for 2. When we arrived we were advised afternoon tea was no longer available, despite it being part of our booking. Very disappointing to not have been told before hand. We were offered instead a small fairy cake which was very disappointing. The detox sauna was really nice but felt quite rushed; we still had time left in there when we were told they were ready to go upstairs for our treatments. The treatments themselves were really nice. The foot soak was prepared for after our treatment and there were some cupcakes and mince pies along with some prosecco when we were sat down. Appreciate that the effort was made to get something in in place of the afternoon tea, however when you pay £200 for a spa and afternoon tea it is disappointing to be presented with soemthing bought from a corner shop. One of the girls came to dry my feet as i was sipping my prosecco which gave the impression they wanted us out (at this point the waiting room was quite busy). Unfortunately the whole experience felt very rushed like they just wanted us out. Part of the reason we booked again is for the afternoon tea which is a nice way to finish the spa off. Whilst the majority of staff were lovely, it seems they couldn't really understand the problem of afternoon tea not being available and the alternative we were given didn't meet the expectations or the price we paid. Sadly we won't be returning again.

We went for a head spa and mini facial today and it was fantastic! So relaxing and the ladies were really welcoming and lovely. CB always do lots of little offers and deals and we got this at a fraction of the cost. Was a fab mid week treat and will definitely be booking in again soon.

I’d never been before but as soon as I got there everyone was so welcoming, the whole environment was warm and relaxing. Leea gave me a Japanese Head Spa and Back Massage which was out of this world. She was very accommodating with the pressure and making sure I was comfortable throughout. I loved my experience and have already booked again. Thank you so much!

My friend and I went for a two hour afternoon pamper treatment. We were welcomed with a Buck’s Fizz and cupcake upon arrival whilst we enjoyed a foot soak next to a little fire with relaxing music. Then we had a back massage, facial and face/scalp massage; all were amazing. We left feeling very relaxed . Would highly recommend !

Amazing experience. My little girl really wanted a spa day (as a treat for working really hard at school and for her Awards she's achieved.) It was difficult finding somewhere that would cater for a 7 year old. My friend recommended creative beauty and I'm so grateful she did! To say the girls were brilliant with her feels like an understatement. They made her feel so comfortable and customised the treatments to suit. We had a foot soak, a body brush, back massage and facial. Safe to say she was in her element. Can't thank you enough for creating a wonderful memory we will treasure forever. I'm sure you will see us again some time in the future. Xx

Wow!! First time I’ve ever been to creative beauty and experience the best massage by Emily over the weekend. It was the Hot Stone massage and it felt amazing, Emily was very welcoming and friendly. The treatment was for 1.5hrs and well worth the money, I will definitely be returning.. thank you

My friend n I had the mini spa with Emily and Lily, both ladies were very welcoming and professional. The treatments included are exceptional value for money, we left so relaxed n our skin super soft. Will definitely be back despite the neighboring resident putting a stroppy note on my car (which was perfectly legally parked) about on street parking!!

I took my partner for his 30th birthday. We had a "treat at the cottage" session for two which included a foot soak, tea & cake, a body brush, facial and massage. We were made to feel welcome, and all the treatments were lovely (there was a small issue with the room set up but the error meant my partner was given a full body Scrub rather than the body brush which I think he preferred anyway!). When we came out he said it was amazing and the best he'd had. I came probably 10 years ago to this salon with my mum and it was great then, still fab now!

What a fabulous experience!!! I had an amazing celebrity facial with Lilly. She is so welcoming and relaxing. Her professionalism and knowledge of the treatment was first class and my skin not only feels better than ever, it is also literally glowing!!! Katy also worked her magic on my nails and toes and has made my eyebrows and lashes look unbelievable. I would definitely recommend trying the LVL lashes. They now look so long and luscious. If you’ve not tried this relaxing haven ladies, you really need to book yourself in. Invest in yourself and you won’t be disappointed!!!
