Laura was incredible for my pregnancy massage today! The service was great and the massage was divine - I could have stayed all day! At 31 weeks pregnant, I was a bit worried but Laura’s knowledge put me at ease and allowed me to fully relax for my session.
I had an incredible microneedling session at Time for You Spa, and I can't recommend it enough! I was a bit nervous going in, but Laura, immediately put me at ease. She was so professional and made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. Just two days after my treatment, I'm already seeing amazing results. My skin looks so much clearer and fresher. It was my first time getting a massage and am 6 months pregnant so was a bit anxious. It was a lovely relaxing experiences and loved feeling baby move through out. Will definetly be back for more.

Had a lovely shoulder, neck and back massage today! So relaxing I actually fell asleep! (Sorry!) The lady who greeted me was very chatty and welcoming, and I appreciated there understanding in a situation of where I needed to amend an appointment. I had a spa package treatment with Amelia, which was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It wasn't my first visit, and certainly won't be my last. The attention to detail is great, and your therapist is with you throughout - no breaking off to answer the phone etc. The ambience really adds to the whole experience, and I can't wait to go back for my Indian head massage!
Emily is a massage Queen! There was initial confusion over the phone about appointments with someone which made things a bit complicated. With Emily everything was brilliant. It was the right amount of pressure, movement, attention to areas needed. The room was gorgeous and the music really nice. I felt so relaxed and nourished after my session and exactly how i wanted to feel. I'll definitely come back again, thanks Emily!
Amazing Swedish back massage & scalp treatment Laura was so professional and lovely. Focused on the areas I asked her too and amended pressure to suit me. Really lovely relaxing treatment room also with a warm blanket/bed super cosy! Can’t wait to come back thanks for a lovely treat for a tired mummy!
