   The guy has anger problems. NEVER COME HERE. Busy Saturday with only 2 staff, totally understand. However, nail tech was rushing, jumping between me and others and did a poor job. Nails came out wonky, streaky & had bubbles/ lint trapped in the gel. I had him redo the top coat on the worst few nails. They came out bumpy again. Asked for a discount instead of another redo as it was busy and had already been there 2 hours but he starts filing the colour off all nails and starting from scratch? Filed a few to even out the wonky shape & asked me if they were okay I said ‘yes but can you make sure they’re all still the same length’. He yanks my hand across the table clips my nails off and tells me to get out of the shop and never come back lol. Blessing in disguise tho discovered a new nail shop round the corner that’s amazing. Go to K2 nails!!!

   Perfect nails everytime? No damage to nail beds, great customer service, great prices, acrylics always tidy and thin, never had a nail come off or break! Really enjoy coming here to get nails done

   Brought a young lady in a wheelchair for gel nails. Rang and told beforehand that she had limited movements. Arrived at the shop to be told if she couldn't put her hand straight then she wouldn't be allowed to stay. We explained that the girl was upset and asked if they could try to just paint her nails but they flatly refused. We left the shop with the young girl crying. So disappointed and upset by the whole incident
