   Unfortunate experience after positive customer service. The lady on the phone is very polite,staff seem friedly initially. Had car booked in for an EV service in the morning. When I dropped the car off they said they were a little behind. Waited 90 minutes at near by cafe, went back to be told no wotk has started and id have to wait a further 3 hours before mine would even go in. Id allready called ahead to confirm my time and nobody had told me that they are 5 hours behind, so a complete waste of time. Ended up having to leave without a service, a waste of my morning entirely. Also discussed a fault I wanted fixing, was initially discouraged from having it fixed and later told that they wouldnt be able to repair a fault because they didnt know what parts to order ( having not even looked at the car ) - it was at this point I lost any remaining confidence I had and cancelled the rebooked service. Not ideal.

My vehicles always being returned clean and any repairs completed satisfactorily. I can recommend the service from this family owned business.

   Great EV repair shop its normally a struggle to find anyone who can work on Electric cars, took my Audi Etron 5star from me. Expect to wait obviously, but far cheaper than main dealers when EV is five years old

   Took my car for its MOT, it passed had they secured my bumper for no charge, thank you all so much, and thank you to Mark for giving me a lift home to get my wallet which I forgot , they went above and beyond and restored both my car and my faith in the human race, so nice to see the good side of people for a change

   As always, a quick and satisfactory job completed on my car by Bedworth MOT. As a lady driver, on my own, I find the staff are so helpful and willing to give me advice on my car, and make sure that my car is well looked after without being ripped off. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   Wouldn't use, very judging and no offer of help to get the car to the garage, I personally wasn't using the garage it was a family member and I was horrified at the service that the family member was receiving

   Mark and his staff are so helpful bought my first van from mark went back as I was after a 2nd he was so helpful and always happy to help he helped with registering the vehicle taxing and insurance would definitely purchase again always a warm welcome hence 5stars

   Asked for a quote. Never called back. Phoned back given a price for the work which was £200 more than getting it done at a franchised dealer, no explanation as to why it was that much really just told perhaps they costed up expensive parts, someone will call you back to explain. They never did.
