Had my MOT done here this morning and the experience was lovely! As a woman, I can feel totally out of my depth in a garage, but Rachel at reception made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Rachel was kind, polite and professional. She answered all my questions and sent me follow up information. I was able to book in an appointment last minute and the process was very slick and all work done in a timely manner. Am booking myself here for all future work on my car. Thank you all!
Really disappointed and definitely won’t be using their service again. I left my car for full service and MOT. Rear suspensions arms needed replacement and they have advised that tracking needs doing after. Next day I went to a different garage to track it and turned out that bolts were so rusted that tracking was impossible. Had to pay for new bolts and labour to get this sorted. Unit 3 Garage should replace the bolts in the first place or AT LEAST advice that this will need doing before tracking. Tracked it. Next day I see a massive puddle of oil beneath my car. I checked it myself as I was already furious about the rear suspension arms bolts. Leak was coming from the oil filter. Pinpointed the leak and checked the oil level. I lost half of my oil. Took it back to them today. They have replaced the filter stating that it came faulty from the manufacturer and topped up my oil. I came back home, waited for the oil to cool down and checked the level again. They have definitely not topped it up. On top of that part of the engine (marked on the attached photo), not sure what that part is was not even screwed it.. to summarise: Messed up service and oil change Didn’t change or at least informed about rusted bolts on rear suspension arms which made tracking impossible Left parts of the engine unscrewed and completely loose After sorting out faulty oil filter definitely did not topped up engine oil Everything can be seen on attached photos. Definitely won’t be using their service again and I suggest everyone to do the same.
I was driving to London from Leeds when I realised I had a puncture. I found this garage on Google and drove to ask if they had time to change my wheel. The gentlemen were extremely helpful. They managed to fix my tyre within 10 minutes! Amazing service and a friendly welcome. Thank you so much !
Unit three is more than just an mot garage they are like a family. They make you feel welcome they talk to you they are fair they advice you they have compassion and understanding, they are not there to rip you off they are only there to make sure your car is safe to drive. I have been driving for over 25 years and I will Always take my car to to unit 3 for my mot, I have recocomend them also to family and friends who have all said the same thing and so now will never take their cars anywhere else but here.

Excellent garage. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything to dropping my car and collecting it after the work had been done. Everything overall it was great. I’ve had my MOT and service done here. Also when I had a problems with my car battery. They gave me great advice and sorted my problem the same day. Would highly recommend. Receptionist extremely helpful and all the lads at the unit were great!
