Absolutely love this place. It's our local and hits the spot every single time. Great variety of gin if you like that sort of thing. Staff really friendly
Visiting family this weekend and were booked here for Sunday lunch. I had the lamb roast and it was the best I've ever had. The lamb was melt in the mouth and large selection of vegetables were delicious. Beef, pork, chicken were equally excellent. Beautiful location with amazing views. Can't recommend highly enough.
Such a great pub. Luckily it's not far from home for me, but the main reason I use this pub is due to its constant happy atmosphere. The service is 1st class and the great selection of drinks should appeal to everyone. If you do decide to try the restaurant, book in advance as it is always busy. You will not be disappointed at all, as the quality of the food is superb.
Been here numerous times over the years and seen landlords try to release the potential. Whoever has taken the reins has eventually achieved it. This might just be the best pub in Weston at the moment. Atmosphere and food were amazing but what really made our evening was the bar staff. Attentive and charming young crew, keep it up guys. We'll be back.

Nice pub with well priced wine and beer, decent atmosphere and cosy nooks to get lost in. Can't comment on the food as we didn't have any. Did see a plethora of massive rats on the decking outside which was the only issue
I was really surprised by the high quality (and quantity!) of food I ate at this lovely little pub restaurant. I've been there twice recently: once with my father and once with my husband. Both times all our menu choices were delicious and it is very good value. I highly recommend the steak and kidney pie. It was fab and their gravy is superb! They have a new chef apparently and, in my opinion, he is a "keeper"! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the views from the restaurant are stunning. My dad even commented on the playlist, which had him humming along and tapping his feet. Cannot recommend this more highly if you just want good food in a great little place!
Friendly, relaxed atmosphere for two women on their own, delicious Butcombe ale, and very friendly staff. Apparently the food is also good. Hoping to return next time I visit the UK.
Far nicer than your average family food pub Popped in on a whim for a quick late lunch. Large car park, pleasantly decorated restaurant area with nice views over the pub gardens & Weston environs. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming; food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious: particularly the chicken & leek pie and perfect chips. The portions are very generous and very good value for money.
Fantastic staff & the food was amazing. We were always made to feel welcome whilst on holiday. Will definitely be returning.
