Kevin and staff brilliant today lovely friendly atmosphere, although Kevin's very busy he's promised to ring me if he gets a cancellation then he will move my appointment forward.
Fab cut and style for my daughter - she wanted to look like Cat Valentine and he did a great job. She was delighted!

I had a great hair cut at this hairdressers. However, I also had my hair stripped and recoloured which turned out very badly. I asked for my new colour to be medium brown and instead I ended up ginger. In the light of the salon it looked ok but in bright sunlight it looked horrendous. I called the salon as I wanted to discuss it with the hairdresser and was told he would call me back. On not hearing anything I called again and left another message. The salon did not call me. Clearly they were glad to take my money but not speak to me when I wasn't happy with the outcome. I have had to pay someone else to correct their mistake.
