Booked online and confirmed my appointment over the phone for 13:50, later on they rescheduled for 13:55. The morning of my appointment they changed it again to 14:00. As I was parking up 10minutes before my appointment they phoned me asking if I could change it to 15:30. So my simple 30minute appointment was changed 3 times in the space of a day. As I had somewhere to be at the later time I just had to cancel. Not very professional to change someone's appointment so last minute.
Ayesha was fab! Did such a cracking job on my long hair and really spoke through what I wanted before doing it. Was like a little day out!! Hairdeck will now be my go to hairdressers, wouldn't want to go anywhere else! 5*.
