   Please do not go for tracking/alignmment to this guy. Very bad service. Asif did tracking and said all sorted. But couldnt go above 40mph it was dragging to left badly. I went to him after this to fix the issues, he keep on postponing and make the issue worse. Recomment not to go for any service.

   Price was very high. Made me wait for an hour before they started work. On phone they agreed for £60 for service (excluding engine oil and plug service), but on the garage they demanded £70. I travelled almost 20 miles to that garage with someone's reference, so could not go back. After one hour of negotiations, they agreed for £55. I had the same service (oil and air filters and engine oil purchased myself) from Derby Auto Services in just £20 a year ago. The guy who moved my car inside the garage did not even know how to open driver side mirror. It was automatic and he forcefully pushed open. I rushed to the guy to tell him that it's automatic. But too late. He opened it forcefully. Bad service and high price!! Will never visit and Not recommended.

   I went to this garage after many garages gave us false hope. However this garage is amazing. Parveen helped us after we kept coming back again and again. She decided to even stay late, past their closing time for me and my father. I’ve never seen such people do that before. Ahmad the mechanic was very skilled, he was looking for any issue within the car and helped me to his best extent. He is an amazing mechanic and I can trust him with my car anyday. He also stayed past closing time. The team did such a brilliant job. I definitely would recommend this garage and this team to anyone. Be sure to come here. I must say I read two bad reviews and I was skeptical at first but I decided to trust the team. They are nothing like the bad reviews described!!!! They are fantastic. I’m am extremely grateful for the work they have by one for us and I will be coming back to this specific garage for anything. Thank you parveen, Ahmad and the team! Great work.

   If you decide to deal with this garage be aware of 2 things 1- Don’t let mechanic his name Ahmed to touch your car as he is still beginner. 2- Visit many garage to compare the prices

   I went there to change the breaks. I was served by a person his named Ahmed. He has no experience and rude. At first he asked to change the pieces and I agreed. Then I travelled to Manchester and on the way smoke was rising from the wheels. I was really in trouble because of his bad job. I called him on wts and he stressful. I came back to him again and asked to change new pieces. And I paid him an additional amount. I discovered the price is very high compared to other places. Unfortunately, the problem has not been fixed. Last time I came back to him and refused to repair the car and used bad words. The owner was respectable and tried to fix the thing that Ahmed ruined.

   I dealt with many repair garages, but this garage does not have any credibility. It is the worst service. They break the pieces and tell you that it was like this. They only care about collecting money.
