   Absolutely disgusted at the extremely poor customer service my vehicle was off the road for 9 months communication was horrendous parts were ordered without consent I was never told what the diagnosis was and this was really important to me as my truck was my business and work horse! It was repaired and I was given it back with engine management lights on and reassured that this was normal and they’d reset themselves two days later engine failed and ended up back at the garage again! I lost a lot of business paid over £10k and to this day I couldn’t explain what the problem was which doesn’t ressure me that issues were fixed and when questioned about parts and repairs they wouldn’t explain anything! I have lost all faith and the events effected my health mentally and physically there was no consideration given to my circumstances and I was never kept up to date I would never recommend this garage to anyone as I wouldn’t wish anyone to experience the same treatment as I received and the so called repairs that were carried out I will never know whether the problems were actually resolved! The matter has really made me question the garages working practice! I won’t recommend to anyone!

   My Renualt Megane was more like a fish tank than a car. I phoned James at Go Renault, who agreed to take the car, on the day that I phoned. Two weeks later I received a call to say that the car was ready. The car and carpets were now dry, wiring beneath the passenger seat had been repaired and a loose air conditioning pipe had been reconnected. It’s reassuring to know that when the car is taken to a garage for repair, all the problems are corrected and not just the one that was reported. Thanks Alan.

   My Scenic had issues with the electronic brake system . Main dealer quoted over £1200 and weeks to get parts. Took it to Go-Reault-Ltd who had it sorted within days and half of main dealers price. Can't thank them enough great bunch of guys friendly and helpful

   I strongly advise against using this garage. The owner and staff were extremely unprofessional and provided poor customer service. When I took my Renault car to them, they mentioned that they would conduct a diagnostic check and perform additional work on it. However, after 4 days of waiting with no communication, I had to call them. Even after being promised a response within half an hour, I didn't hear back for two days. When I informed them that I would be coming to the garage in an hour, I arrived on time. They informed me that they needed to replace the turbo unit and another sensor in my car, which would cost £1400. Not wanting to spend such a large amount, I requested to take the vehicle back. They agreed and returned £380 to me, telling me to take the vehicle. I also requested a copy of the diagnostic report, but they did not provide it. When I asked about it, they became aggressive, raised my car on the ramp, demanded money, and even threatened me, which led me to call the police. I sought advice from citizens' advice to handle the situation. The garage continually contacted me to retrieve the vehicle or pay storage charges. Ultimately, I paid £380 and sent the unrepaired vehicle to be scrapped. Even then, they failed to provide the vehicle scan report. They operate dishonestly and deceive customers for their own gain. I hope sharing this unpleasant experience will be helpful to others.

   GoRenault had our Renault Scenic for over 2 months due to an electrical fault. After lots of checks, not able to fix the car (apparently). So after being without a car for over 2 months, we were advised it would probably be best to write if off. They offered around £200, and said it would be scrapped. Then today, I am driving home and what car do I see in front of me?!?! The apparently non repairable Renault Scenic. Freshly MOT'd 6 weeks after it is apparently scrapped and on it's merry way somewhere with a new owner. Of course, this could have been fixed by anybody, but is a rather odd coincidence! If you manage to repair somebody's car, then common courtesy would be....well it took longer than we thought, but we actually managed to repair it. Would you like it back? Or at least have the sense to not sell it locally!!!!! PS: Contacting Trading Standards for advice.

   Go here every year for my MOT. I have used their services when my car wouldn't start and any failings on my MOT in fact I use them for all my car problems. The service is very good never had to go back a second time with any problem and the staff are lovely. There is a warm comfortable and cosy lounge to sit in while waiting and you can even get a cuppa.

   I've been using the lads down at go Renault now for about two years and I can honestly say hand on heart they are the best all round MOT and service garage I've had the pleasure of using. Always honest and fair and a good bunch of very polite n helpfull lads which always helps when stepping in to the land of unknown for some people not of a mechanical background. A1 SERVICE and highly recommended
