Excellent Emma was professional and friendly, I went in for cut and blow dry and style and haircut was exactly what I asked for and the atmosphere was delightful very professional would highly recommend, very happy.
I am a complete fuss pot about my curly hair, and Joanne is amazing at both the colour, and not doing anything that I wouldn't like! Her knowledge and experience is obvious and I love going to Cross & Co!

I visited the salon back in July 2019 for an updo for the races, and I was very pleased with the quality, so when my hairdresser recently went on maternity leave, I thought I'd visit again for my colour and cut. I was absolutely delighted with the results from Joanne, rather then just do my regular colour, Jo took the time to really look at my hairs natural colour tones and texture, and gave me various options. I would like to thank Jo for her care and time, I absolutely love my hair and I will definitely be booking again.
