All the girls at the salon are amazing, so friendly and they always go above and beyond for customers! Jess is an absolute magician and has completely transformed my hair. Always leave feeling and looking amazing and would never go anywhere else for my hair.

The girls at funky and fresh are all amazing. They’re always very welcoming, kind and polite. Just from an observational point of view they are very knowledgeable and attentive to their clients and will give their honest opinions on what they believe will work/look good rather than just do what a client asks even if it means as a business they lose out financially. I think this is a really positive trait as this shows they always put their clients first. As for Tom the barber, Tom is the man! Easy to talk to and always takes his time to get the cuts just right, and makes you feel at home in the chair. No rushing and no fuss - a quality haircut each time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A perfect local business that excel in their field and go above and beyond, not just in their field of expertise but within the community as a whole.
Was very nervous about having baby light put in on dark red but staff put me at ease and I love my hair now definitely going again .

Rachel has cut and coloured my hair for the past 10 years. My hair always feels fantastic when cut and coloured by Rachel. I cannot recommend this place enough. Prices are also amazingly reasonable
Admittedly I haven't had the best start at this salon on a day that the owner wasn't there. But after a chat with her and going back a second time, I can definitely give 5 stars. Rachel is a lovely chatty lady and gave me a lovely haircut. She also gave me lots of tips to do my hair at home. I'm really glad I went back as I left with a positive experience and can now fully recommend her salon :-)
