I've been trying for a while to find a hairdressers that I'm comfortable in going too and I was trying to find the courage to go in and get my hair cut for quite sometime now as, I have had bad experience in the past my anxieties was through the roof. When I phone they was very welcoming and reassuring when i arrived i was welcome and didnt feel like a spare part. I had my hair cut by phoebe she was so lovely it made me feel at ease while getting my hair done. Absolutely amazing salon. I Came here for a consultation, and have never dyed my hair before. My main concern was protecting my hair and to keep its length no matter what as it is very long and I love to keep it like that. Phoebe was professional and realistic and told me what colour my hair would and would not go. I appreciate this since most places don’t always tell the truth and then it ends up being a waste of money etc. I Went ahead with my appointment, end result was great, but I just initially desired more highlights and more of an ashier tone. Therefore Phoebe brought me back in on a separate day in less than a week, and did this for me and did not charge any extra, as she understood it was my first time dying it, & just played things more on the safer side on my initial first appointment. I’m so so happy she could rectify it for me and now I’m AMAZED and so happy with the final desired result. Looks so subtle and my hair feels so soft thanks to the olaplex treatment which worked alongside the colour. Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming - Claire is very bubbly and lovely as is Phoebe and new worker Amara. Definitely will be using this as my regular salon really pleased and I love the hair products used here. So professional and they look after you with comstant hot drinks and water. Time flies and they have a laugh with you. Thankyou!
