I have been going to Kutters for years and Karen cuts my hair. She always does a brilliant job. I have very thick hair and she knows just how to cut it to keep it manageable! All of the stylists are friendly, and it's nice to have a chat. The shop is clean and nicely decorated, and there are usually 2/3 stylists there meaning you don't have to wait long! The price is good and it's very convenient for people who are too busy to make appointments!
I want to share my experience... I never write reviews, but this time I decided to write one. I had my hair cut at George's a few times and the price was £12 but last time when I came and sat down in Karin's chair she told me the cut would cost £16, I was really surprised why the price changed suddenly? It's clearly written on the window £11.99 I can pay £20 no problem... but does it cost that much to cut the ends only few inches of my hair? I didn't ask for a restyle ir layers . I asked Karin why the price that high and she angrily replied that I would go somewhere else where it was cheaper. Is this how you should answer a customer to get them to come back? I doubt it...
Came in for a trim ended up with my hair so uneven and looks like it been hacked off. Had to go to another salon to get it sorted and they had to cut more off meaning my hair is now short just to make it even. I have had my hair done in the past and not had issues at all but won’t be coming back .
Wonderful service, I am 85 years old and one of the lady barber's saw that I was struggling to get up the steps and came and help me. At my age this type of help is really appreciated thank you.

Went for a haircut, first one since July. Great friendly place, no appointment required. Excellent haircut, specially after my wife's efforts. Staff sanitised the seats and wore masks.
Excellent, hate waiting in barbers shop never been kept longer than 10 minutes. Always do a good job and very reasonable. They do women's hair as well
