Absolutely disappointed with the service I received today. Two weeks ago I booked for a wash cut and blow dry appointment but today when I got there they said it's not on the system. I was disappointed with the way they dealt with the situation by just saying they couldn't do anything about it. It feels like they are only loyal to the regular customers.
HB hairdressers is not the place to go if your looking for professional staff, quality service, good value and beautiful hair. You will regret booking here save yourself the hassle. Only regular local customers are given any value and it does not matter what style you ask the stylist do what they want.

I had myself and my two daughters booked in today for a cut. I was really nervous coming with young children but the staff were great!! We had Stacey cutting all of our hair and she was just amazing. She was so patient with my girls and really listened to what I wanted. She talked me through what she will be doing and checked to see if I was happy ong the way. Had a great experience and will defo be using them again!
Stacey did my hair. I went from always long to my first ever bob style and she absolutely killed it!!! Stacey did an incredible job talking me through everything and making sure I left with exactly what I imagined. Your hands are like magic Stacey. Please let me be one of your regulars xxx
