   Been visiting this salon for a few years now and have become a regular as I can not trust anyone else with my hair! The service is impeccable and always provides the results you ask for!! Would highly highly recommend REBECCA friendly, advisable and she works with your complexion and provides the results as well as maintains the strength of your hair!! Can not recommend this place enough the best in Bradford!

   Exceptional First-Time Experience – Highly Recommend Rosa! I had an incredible experience with Rosa and couldn’t recommend her more highly, especially if it’s your first time getting your hair coloured. Before visiting Rosa, I had consultations with a few other stylists at other salons, but I often felt rushed and unsure. One stylist was even willing to go ahead with what I asked for, despite it likely damaging my hair. In contrast, Rosa took the time to explain why that option wasn’t suitable for me, refused to compromise the health of my hair, and suggested safer alternatives that would still achieve a beautiful result. That level of honesty and care truly set her apart. Rosa was the complete opposite of the rushed, transactional experience I’d had elsewhere — she took her time during the initial consultation, explained everything in detail, and made me feel completely at ease. As someone with virgin hair, I was understandably nervous about dyeing it for the first time, but she made sure I was fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. On the day of the appointment, Rosa was just as patient and professional. She even gave me the option to walk away and think it over if I wasn’t 100% ready, which really showed how much she cares about her clients and not just making a sale. I went ahead with the colour, and I am so happy with the results. Rosa did an absolutely amazing job. Looking back, I wish I had trusted her advice and gone lighter as she suggested — but even the slightly darker shade I chose turned out beautifully. What really sets Rosa apart is her attention to detail and her dedication to educating her clients. She was the only stylist I found in Bradford who genuinely took the time to go in-depth about the pros and cons of the colouring process. She also gave me a step-by-step guide on how to care for my hair afterwards, which I really appreciated.

   Communication very poor to arrange a consultation. Promises to get back to me where made and didn't happen. When i eventually got a consultation and got to the salon the staff were unwelcoming and didn't even crack a smile. I was made to wait 20 minutes despite me stating i needed to be back at work when i booked the consultation. I had travelled 20 miles to the salon. I was taken upstairs where i was asked to wait again. The consultation with Rosa was only 5 minutes. I was promised she would get back to me with the colour outcome, price and appointment that evening. Still waiting. Very very disappointed. Won't be going or recommending. The impression i get is they are too busy to accommodate and that comes across very unprofessional.

   I dyed my hair at home with Black blue hair dye. I wasn’t happy with it & wanted to go lighter, I went to other hair salons they said “ we can’t sort this out for you” . I wanted to go light ash blonde & oh my daze Mena amazed me with such an awesome job. I was so pleased still am!!!! I will be returning back here again no other hair salon!    Rosa's been doing my hair for several years and she never fails to amaze me, very humble and genuine. Got my hair done today and the Bradford salon by Becky and she did an absolutely amazing job, love the final finish and can't fault it at all. Truly amazing customer service and everyone's so friendly.

   I went to the branch in town centre and the 2 ladies Hannah and Veronica were great! They were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and told me about all the different types of styles. It was the first enjoyable hairdressing apt in a while and they made me and my friend feel just at home. The girls did a great job on my hair as i was feeling so nervous due to graduating the next day but they were ace ❤
