   I have used thus hairdressers for well over a year and up until recently have been impressed. I usually find walk in appointments more convenient due to work as it is difficult for me to commit to appointments . 3 haircuts previous I got my first bad haircut where I was scalped ! These things happen so I did go back but told the barber to leave the top as it still hadn't grown back . This was fine but then things went from bad to worse . I called in on the Wednesday to get a hair cut . Although the shop was empty of customers they said they were fully booked . I went about my business in the village and over the next 45 minutes only saw 1 customer . If they don't want "walk ins" then they should state this and not advertise that they do. I then booked an appointment for Friday 12.30. I arrived at 12.20 just in case I could get in earlier as I had somewhere to be. One customer in and 2 barbers playing on their phones. By 12.35 they accepted to customers ( don't know if they had double booked) . By 12.55 I had no choice but to leave as I had to be somewhere at 1.30. I was quite cross about this as I was going on holiday the following day . Thankfully Queensbury is full of hairdressers and Barbers ! An hour later ( and this was the final straw) I got an email to say " sorry you missed your booking and we may need to insure a late cancellation fee" I have emailed back requesting compensation for wasting my time as I was at my appointment early and there was no reason for the lateness . Don't expect a reply but will not be going back

   Sham and D, excellent service. Sham, consulted me regarding how I want to style my hair prior to the haircut. Walked me through everything he was doing, and what it would result in. D styled my hair and prepped me , was incredibly welcoming. As a first time customer, I was treated with utmost respect as if I was one of their regular clients. Graf service, great haircut, I will be returning .

   I can see why there are so many glowing reviews. I’ve had a haircut from Sham several times now and each time has been perfection. You can instantly tell that he has years of top level experience. A very professional and comfortable environment. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone! 5*

   I have been coming to Movemen for a while now and I can honestly say they provide the best service I’ve experienced and never fail to meet my needs for what im looking for. Sham is the best barber I’ve come across and is always my go to decision when booking. Mo is also a good barber. Overall, if your looking for a new barber I’d highly recommend this place.

   First and last time! Turned up 5 mins before my appointment. I was completely ignored. After being sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes with my children, whilst one of the barbers was stood on his phone, I left as my appointment had been missed and the next person came in and sat straight down. Terrible service and a bunch of ignorant people!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
