Never ever left a negative hair review before and I’m 68 now… there’s always a first time. Asked for a temporary colour in March before my holidays to add some warmth to my now dull hair. Fabulous colour but most definitely not temporary. I now have pinkish hair and a lot of regrowth. Told at salon that the product that had been used was more of a permanent colour than temporary. No acknowledgement of mistake or apology( we all make mistakes) Sample of hair taken 12 days ago to see if anything can be done to soften the parting. No one had contacted me. Rang on the day of my last appt to check time as I knew I’d written incorrect time in. Given wrong time over phone. Sent out with very damp hair as next client had arrived. Normally it wouldn’t have mattered too much but was meeting my daughter for lunch so would have preferred to look finished. Too taken aback on day to say anything. I think I even left a tip but I’m hugely disappointed. Poor treatment.

She is very good with her hair advice as I always like to change it up and can never make my mind up. Jada is always lovely and welcoming and great to chat with and everyone else in the salon is friendly aswell. The best service ! Always made to feel very welcomed when visiting on a regular basis for my hair appointment, where I am greeted with smile from Jada and little gestures that go a long way such as taking my coat and hanging it up, to then offered a warm drink. Not only does she give the best head washes but always leaves my hair feeling fresh, silky and in great condition and listens to how I would like the final result to look, never takes too much or too little off my ends, just the perfect amount, to achieve the most relaxing wash, trim and blow dry. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend!

I have been having my hair done by Natasha for about a year now. I honestly would not trust going anywhere else for my hair doing now. She makes a huge effort to chat, remember small details about what you have said previously, and also Is very advisable about hair decisions. When deciding on hair colours, she’s very knowledgeable about what colours would suit best, what would mix together well etc. Always very friendly, made to feel welcome every time I walk in, and always a hot drink offered to make me feel comfortable

Been having my hair done nearly 3 years by Natasha and Beth. Everyone in the salon are always so friendly and attentive by offering drinks, magazines or just making sure you're okay. Natasha is the best hairdresser I have ever been to and I would never dream of going to anybody else! She’s taken my hair from a natural very dark brown to a beautiful icy white blonde, whilst keeping my hair in a perfect and healthy condition. Both Natasha and Elliott are amazing at cutting hair and I have never left the salon with any regrets as I always get an amazing result, with both my cut and colour. The salon is nice and clean and everyone is very welcoming. I think the prices are on the higher end, BUT I recommend Natasha and Elliott to all my friends and family as they are definitely worth the money!
