   I think the picture says it all. My hair was extremely long, down to the bottom of my back and really frizzy. My hair wasn't straightened to get a good look at it and this was the result once i got home, washed and straightened it. I have tried to ring with no luck and refuse to walk into this shop ever again. Dissapointed that a professional hair dresser could even leave a client like this. I have had to go elsewhere to get this mess fixed, avoid at all costs.
