   This place has massively gone down hill since changing new owners! Everything is rushed & Hayley doesn’t seem to listen to what you want she just thinks she knows best? Whilst attending to my hair, she negatively gossipped about her other clients to the staff there. This made me feel really uncomfortable & on edge - what a horrible atmosphere & a horrible place! I was really looking forward to treating my self but it was the complete opposite..Please don’t waste your money or time here x

   I went to go have a graduated long Bob Cut in, My hair is curly and below my shoulders (when curly) Didn't want to lose my length at Front but Have it shorter at back. Well I didn't get that, My front near my face is just below my cheek bone and at the back it doesn't Even touch my neck. I did message and the other lady's give me a refund and couldn't be anymore sorry when she rung me I'm in tears every day and well my hair just looks awful It will take at least a year to grow back and it's that short I can't put or pin it up One very upset customer wish I never stepped Foot in the place.
