Previously had a service done and the thermostat was changed as-well as other work had been done, 9 months later my car has broken down on the M1 with the engine over heating, rang them up and said could I book it in, I was told a 2 week wait, so I booked it in with another mechanic and was told the thermostat is faulty. I had rang BWL motors and said that the thermostat has gone, as it being under a year the warranty is still live, I was told if the other mechanic does work then the warranty is void, I said I can’t wait 2 weeks as I work and need my car. I said is there anything you can do and was told I can do nothing. Would not recommend at all

Gone downhill the last 12 months. Marks normally great but the young lad seems to be on something/ forgetful. After using their services for the last 10 years I’ve had a lot of bad visits recently and sadly won’t be returning. Booked in for 8:30am, drop car off at 8:30am. Told at 4pm it’s just getting on the ramp (for example) Being told I’ll be called when it’s ready but having to chase up several days later when no contact. Engine warning light being incorrectly diagnosed. Blocked filter in washer pump - told I needed a whole new unit. Dropped my car in for a job on Wednesday that was pre-booked weeks in advanced for a hours job. Took days for an hours job. Asked what time they close on Saturday because I need my car for work monday. (I was told 12:30 on Saturday) so I shows up at 11:50am to find out everyone has packed up and gone. Left without a car for work. Nice one.

Don’t go there! Worst experience ever! I had the worst experience with this service center—completely overcharged and poor customer service! I called to book a service for my 2013 Prius and asked about the charges. The staff member said he would confirm with the supplier and call me back, but he never did. Since they were closed over the weekend and I was overdue for an oil change, I had no choice but to show up at my scheduled time. Previously, I paid £75 for a small service in London (for engine oil, oil filter, and air filter change) which is standard almost everywhere in London, so I expected a slight increase to £80–85 max. To my shock, they charged me £170 for the exact same service! Even worse, I repeatedly asked what type of oil they would use (Toyota recommends 0W-20), but these clowns went ahead and used 5W-30 without confirming with me. When I asked for a price breakdown, the staff refused and said, “We just charge a one-off.” Looking at the receipt, the oil was £35, and the oil filter and air filter were £6 combined—meaning they charged £130 just for labor! Ridiculous! Avoid this place at all costs. Save your money and find a trustworthy garage. Check the receipt below that they only changed oil, oil filter and air filter!

I use BWL MOT Centre three times a year for my cars. I was there today and I have to say they always provide a great service. MOT only centre so I am always confident that any advisory or failure is genuine and if the cars pass that they are safe. Nice, friendly car people, even had a quick chat about my old 'classic' car (even though they very busy) as he had a similar one in the past.

Fantastic garage, I have used them for many years. I always have my MOT done here and if it fails get the repairs done here as well. Nice friendly chaps and very reasonably priced..I don't feel they over charge and don't do unnecessary things. A good place for ladies to take their cars ☺️
