   I had a really good experience in the Bike Department at Halfords thanks to Josh and Jaz and Lucas They were friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were talking about. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got what I needed without making anything feel rushed. Overall, the service was professional and easy, and both Josh and Jaz & Lucas were a pleasure to deal with. A great example of good customer service.

   Very quick and friendly service from Tony at the Newport branch this morning. He kindly reminded me of the Halfords Motoring Club and applied the discounts to my bill and saved me 20% which is always appreciated. A bright and clean store. Was simple to find the bits required to top up the fluids and parts for my Merc Van. A happy Monday made. Thank you Tony!

   Always my first point of call for any issues on my car. Tony has always been there for all my visits - he is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful, thank you very much. I take regular advantage of the 10 point check Halfords offer (great scheme) for reassurance. Today, I met Ieuan who carried out a very thorough 10 point check, offering advice where needed and also gave me appropriate options and choice on new windscreen wipers that were faulty and needed replacing and made sure my concern about one of my tyres was addressed. Thank you both for keeping me on the road - a great team and very much appreciated x

   Initially the purchase experience of a rearview camera was great but having to wait over 2 weeks to have it fitted not so good but what really got me was when I arrived at the appointed time (10am) I was told the technician was not coming in as his child had chicken pox's no fitting today! No one bothered to phone to warn of the cancellation when I asked when it would be fitted I was told they didn't know but someone would phone me .The attitude appeared to be take it or leave it.That was 4days ago having paid up front I will give it another day and then demand a refund. The service is appalling and makes me wonder if the fitting would be any better!

   Halfords were brilliant. Whilst out on a bike ride I lost my quick release bolt, popped in there to get a new one, one fella carried the bike up the stairs and another replaced the bolt very quickly and didn't even charge me. Excellent service. Thank you Halfords

   Great store , always fast service. Friendly helpful staff and everything I need has been in stock each time. Ordered online and the collection date somehow got messed up, not the stores fault and the person on tills was able to fix this for me and resolve the issue really fast.

   I would just like to say how pleased I was to go to the Halfords store at Newport East Retail Park & purchase a nearside headlight bulb for my Peugeot 308 car. The salesman then advised me to have both sides renewed which I thought was excellent advice. The salesman then came out & fitted them for me which was again very helpful as I wouldn't have been able to fit them myself as my hands are too big to get into the small places where the bulbs were. The price to buy & fit them was very reasonable as well. Another satisfied customer.
