Another year another MOT at Midland Auto. Treated like family, I was sat down comfy in the viewing area, with a free drink, listening to the hive of activity out in the shop, or talking to the stream of other happy customers, asking for prices, booking cars in or just popping in for some advice. This is now the second time of using this garage and I'm very happy with them. From a failed mot end of last year they had my car sorted when they could squeeze it in as they were so busy (always a good sign for me) and now my car was back in today with the work completed swiftly and to a high standard. Will happily be using them again for any further work to my cars
Husband had his car fixed there. First green flag about this place is that as a woman when I rang for a quote they did not treat me like an idiot as many garages do. Lovely customer service. Secondly, no nonsense approach, diagnosed what needed doing and got the car fixed to a high standard. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be back.

Very helpful staff, can sometimes fit you in without an appointment. They are excellent mechanics and do a great job for a fair price. Would highly recommend them for any car problems
