Extremely rude and unprofessional barbers. Talk to themselves and pass comments on you and joke about it. Not funny at all. When you tell them what you want they get angry. If you don’t like doing what you do, don’t do it - don’t mess with other people.
Been going there for a while now and they do me a good haircut everytime. ( listen carefully to what you request and are good at asking if how much they’re about to take off is good) they are very polite and say hello everytime you walk in. Overall a good barber shop
Showed a pic of a mullet to the barber he botched my hair did the sides too short cut too much off the top when I showed him so many times what I acc wanted wouldn't recommend to anyone cause I've had to go to another barber to fix what he did to my head
I wouldn’t take children there!! What initially started as a friendly conversation and gestures, it quickly became more of an issue when the man started putting his fingers up in my child’s ears, rubbed and shook his head more than once; quite aggressively and he wouldn’t stop, while laughing; then he would spray water in his face a few times, then he would put gel in his nose. This is when I asked him to stop, but he surely doesn’t have any idea of what limits are!!! At the end, he blindfolded my child and asked him to get himself of the chair and get his own lollipop. I obviously took action and showed my disappointment and told him that’s enough. And right at the end, he asked if I wanted to dye his hair with a spray and when I said no, he asked again, as if to say “I don’t care what you want”!! I’ve never ever in my life been to a hairdresser with a person that behaved like that!! What kind of question is that?! What an unusual, unnecessary question was that!! And what an awkward stupid behaviour too!!! Zero stars!!! Keep your eyes on your children!! And for the staff : just cut the hair; that’s all!!
I'm totally disappointed with the barber that cut my female partners hair, he was rude and arrogant which made her anxious, and then charged her£14 for what can only be described as an outdated rush job. She's had her hair cut numerous times at vip and never had a complaint in fact was that happy with the service that she only uses vip but on this occasion not a happy customer at all
I went to this barbers on Saturday the 19th of November and was greeted by a hairy man and asked for a mullet he then proceeded to ignore me and gave me a a very high taper fade and took half of the hair of my head I haven't left the house since .
Excellent Service provided for me and my 2 little ones (2.5/1.5yo). Good barber definitely recommend the hot towel shave. Also barbers really friends and make the effort for the kids. I went later on in the evening and evening though our haircuts went past closing time the barber still gave us the perfect service.
Fantastic barbers. Excellent value for money! Not often you find a decent barber who can cut quick without jeopardising your haircut looking fresh! Highly recommended
Superb job done on my sons hair today. Really took their time to get it right. Definitely recommend and my son has said he would like to go back. Beautiful premises too with hot drinks and water on offer. Deserving of the 5 stars
