   I went to another barbers yesterday and asked for a different haircut and got pretty messed up, so today I decided to go to Cutsmith and get it sorted out, the service was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was also a great addition on top with what I would say is the best haircut that I have got, thank you to the lad that had done my haircut today, I can not thank you enough!!

   I recently had the pleasure of visiting my barber for a haircut, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Georges attention to detail and skill were evident throughout the entire haircut. He took the time to listen to my preferences and provided valuable suggestions to ensure the perfect style for me. The overall ambiance of the barbershop was modern and clean, adding to the overall experience. I can't recommend George enough.    Avoid this place! These guys are scammers! They took money off my son during booking but then when he called them to say he won’t be able to make it on time as was stuck in traffic and would be 20 minutes late they told him not to bother as he won’t be served if he doesn’t make it on time. Well, he couldn’t catapult himself as was stuck in traffic and travelling from Bradford. He was declined refund as per their company’s policy changes in bookings need to be made12 hours prior. Is this a coach company so needs to be made aware 12 hours in advance? When I went in to speak with the guy he said the barber needs to be paid for their hours. Well, to my understanding, the barber should be paid for the service provided not for the hours he was sat there in an empty shop! This is not customer’s problem. My son will definitely not going there again!

   Great service today. My sons hair hadn't been cut during all of lockdown so really needed it. Felt very Covid safe, staff were friendly with masks and hand sanitizer etc as soon as you walk in. The barber even listened to my son chat for about 30 minutes about fortnite. The only thing that was in anyway negative was that one of the other customers was swearing a lot and talking about stuff that I definitely wouldn't talk about in front of a child but thats not the barbers fault.

   Fantastic place. Good guys running it who are great at what they do. Little pricier than other local barbers, but at 15 quid it's not breaking the bank and the quality of their work is significantly better than other barbers. Saturday is walk-ins, so be warned you could wait a while due to popularity,but you can book an appointment through the week. They also seem pretty child friendly.
