This place is highly distasteful, rude staff, constant little gossips going on, clients being spoken about badly. Not an inclusive place at all. Please don’t give this business your money.
Got a colour and cut by Sarah last week and I was honestly so impressed by the results! She understood exactly what I wanted, showed me great reference pictures and made the whole experience feel special and exciting. I was well looked after with hot chocolates, great conversation and amazing hair! I am obsessed with the colour we achieved and I will definitely be returning :)
Sarah was incredible today. The service the laughs we had the chats too! I went in for a fringe trim and came out half an hour later looking like a new woman with hair curled and having sold me some beautiful new hair products I am now back in my hair care era! Thank you ladies I’ll be back!
Don’t go if you have south Asian hair. I am south Asian. Black hair. Never touched. When we went for a consultation. We showed the stylist what we wanted. I had never coloured my hair before and wanted something subtle, like dark brown low lights. During consultation stylist pointed to darker browns, which I was happy with. When me and my sister went, she told me she had to use bleach, I thought maybe this was fine as my hair would go back dark again. She instead decided to do bleached highlights across my whole head. When I was rinsed out and sat in chair for styling. I mentioned it was a bit lighter and I wasn’t expecting that. The stylist said I shouldn’t go dark as you can’t see anything in my hair. But this wasn’t what I wanted, I felt awkward and just agreed my hair looked nice. I regret that big time. My hair was not toned properly. Me and my sister left looking disgusting. Me and my sisters hair has gone orange and blonde. After ringing them saying my hair ain’t toned, the stylist instantly said it’s not the toner as the toner has taken. She sounded a bit defensive over phone. Looking back there were so many red flags, she didn’t even go over the colour book to confirm colours, she placed foils in my hair within 5 min. She did mine and my sisters hair within 3 hours. Worst experience ever. Don’t go if you have Asian hair, they don’t know what to do and are inexperienced with it. They will ultimately bleach your hair and do what they want. My hair is so dry now, it’s absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe we paid £137 and £154 for this( after being quoted £80/90): Do not wish to go back to the salon after hearing how she sounded on the phone when she said the toner had taken … bit of a joke for all that money and no customer service from this stylist. She doesn’t know Asian hair and booked us in under false expectations. Furthermore during consultation the stylist said she would do something subtle on me, slightly noticeable but nothing too drastic. This is a JOKE. My hair is bleached blonde, it’s the most extreme you can possibly be from black hair, the world and his wife can tell mine and my sisters has been botched. She kept saying I looked worried, and I was rightly so. If you are south Asian and are considering going here… don’t. Make sure whichever stylist you book with in a DIFFERENT salon, understands Asian hair and how to lift without bleach, as you most definitely can, especially if all you want is low lights.
Wanted to treat myself for my birthday to a blowdry, my hair was wet when the stylist had finished drying I had to ask for the front to be fully dried. Got home and my pinned curls came out straight
Wow just wow, my hair looks lovely, super cute grad bob!Hayley is by far the best hairdresser I’ve come across, she really listened to how I wanted my hair and knows so much about the products and how to tame thick, frizzy, unruly hair like mine. I would 100% recommend this salon, the staff are friendly & helpful, the coffee is amazing and the head massage and relaxing chair was a great perk - I felt really pampered, Thank you! I will definitely be coming back!

Kelly was my stylist, I have very thick hair and she really took her time and did a brilliant job. Definitely the best haircut I’ve ever had! Could not recommend her enough.
